Luminar Neo Update 1.4.0 with the Clone Tool
The Skylum Team is proud to present Luminar Neo Update 1.4.0. Now Luminar Artists can use the long-anticipated Clone tool in their editing. What can you do with it? For example, hide a small imperfection. It works by replacing unwanted or damaged pixels with pixels of your choosing. This tool is easy to use, allowing you to select a source (from which pixels are taken) and then paint those pixels to other areas of your image to cover up damage or blemishes.
Here we can use the clone tool to remove some balloons just as a quick example:

Extensions improvements
Extensions are also improving: the HDR Merge Extension now gives results with reduced chromatic aberrations. No need to worry about color fringing. Try out HDR Merge and the other Extensions to easily achieve pro results in your photos.
Other minor improvements
Update 1.4.0 brings plenty of minor improvements to Luminar Neo’s usability, including a convenient selection preview on hover in the Catalog (for macOS owners), and a new look for headers in the Catalog, Presets, and Edits tabs. There’s also a useful grid in the Lens Distortion slider in the Optics tool.

How to update Luminar Neo?
On macOS, select Luminar Neo in the top menu bar and choose Check for updates.
On Windows, select Luminar Neo in the top left-hand corner and choose Help > Check for updates.
