Bees are one of the hardest workers in nature, and it feels quite satisfying when you come across an image that captures their effort so well. This image, taken by photographer Sam Stephens, is a great example:
Stephens shot the image with a Nikon D7200 camera and a Nikon 105mm macro lens. We’re sure he could’ve gotten even closer to the bee if he wanted to, but this composition is perfect as is.
The details in the image, the colors and the vibrancy make this image stand out. The bright yellow contrasts beautifully with the maroon and also makes the flower stand out from the dark background. Also, it’s satisfying to see how the curve of the bee’s body matches that of the flower.
With the “mess” the bee is in, we can surely tell that it’s been quite busy lately. What do you feel about this image? Let us know in the comments.
