The aurora borealis is something magnificent. Photographer Lorenzo Montezemolo had the opportunity to snap a shot of this natural phenomena in Lofoten, Norway:

Montezemolo captured the shot with a Nikon D800 and a Nikkor 14-24mm f/2.8 lens. It was a 30 second exposure at f/5.6 and ISO 640.
