Night Photography – Light & Composition: A Night View of Water Palace, by Anjan Patra

Jaipur, the state capital of Rajasthan always my favourite place for it’s royal architecture. On a weekend, we decided to reach our favourite location Rajasthan from Delhi. Whole journey we enjoyed the hide and seek game of the sun behind the hills. Till we reach out destination that is ‘Jal Mahal,’ the sun was out from the cloud. While getting refreshed from long drive, I thought of capturing the night view of the city and specially the view of ‘Jal Mahal’. For this the best place was the terrace of the hotel, got the mysterious effect of light and reflection of “Jal Mahal” or Water Palace, which is partly emerged in ‘Man Sagar’ lake.
