PictureCorrect.com: Timelapse Photography in Oman

Oman was historically known for purebred Arab horses. Omani people believe that the horse is an image of its master and a reflection of his courage, stamina, and ability. The country was not even open for visitors up to 1987. This makes it one of the youngest countries to visit for tourists. And if you’re wondering what you can do in Oman, filmmaker Falaah Nasser has the answer for you. Check out this stunning timelapse from his travel around his beautiful country:

“I traveled all over my lovely country Oman in the last 2 years visiting 64 different locations in order to capture more than 15491 shoots to make this time lapse video. The whole project footage is captured using only one camera and one lens.”

Nasser shot the images for this footage using his Nikon D750 body and Nikon AF-S Nikkor 24–120mm f/4G ED VR lens. For controlling motion, he used a Dynamic Perception NMX controller with a DIY slider. Finally, to create the timelapse video out of over 15,000 images that he took, he used Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Lightroom, and LRTimelapse.
