Originally from North Carolina but now planted in Idaho, Theron Humphrey makes a habit of having adventures with his best friend Maddie, an obliging coonhound whom he rescued years ago. As a talented photographer, Humphrey thoroughly documents these excursions in photographs, which he then posts to Instagram and publishes in photobooks.

“I like to think my photography exists somewhere between that country living and city ideals,” wrote Humphrey on his website. “Images with roots and connections but excited about big lights and tall buildings.”
